Open Meeting Statement:  This meeting and all meetings of this Town Plan Committee are open to the public.  Proper notice has been posted and given to the press, in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, so the citizens may be aware of the time, place and agenda of this meeting.

1)      Discuss/Approve -  Conditional Use Permit for Parcel Numbers: 20-19-12-1 & 20-19-11-2.  Physical Address: N3612 Ballard Road, Waupaca, WI 54981 NW ¼, NE ¼, Section 19, T 22N, R 12E, Town of Waupaca.  Zoning requires for having 3 campers on property greater than 30 days.

 

2)      Discuss/Approve turning over Town of Waupaca Property – Parcel Number: 20 17 97;

Legal Description:  SEC17 T22N R12E, jointly to Mark Hartwig & Kenneth Batten.
